OVERVIEW COMPLETION DATE We expect to be sometime in mid to late October. Call us if you'd like to be placed on our "View List" so we can phone you when the apartments are ready to view!
NEIGHBORHOOD North Park Villa is conveniently situated on the corner of Aurora and 115th across the street from a greenbelt area. It is located within easy access to freeways and downtown Seattle. The neighborhood features a variety of conveniences, including: banks, restaurants, department stores, home improvement stores, a public storage facility, and Northwest Hospital.
STRUCTURE UNIT INFORMATION All of our apartment homes are newly constructed with new carpeting, flooring, appliances, cabinets, and fixtures. They are beautifully finished in a neutral color palette and lots of natural lighting to give them a clean, bright and spacious feel. The kitchens feature and open floor plan with bar seating leading into the dining/living room.
AMENITIES Our apartment homes are pre-wired for Direct TV and Comcast. Each unit contains new appliances (including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, range/stove, and garbage disposal). Some of our floor plans include spacious walk-in closets.
BALCONIES / STORAGE All of our 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes have a private balcony (over 70 square feet) with storage area. Second floor 1- and 2-bedroom units have deluxe balconies (about 300 square feet) with storage.
PARKING We offer an underground parking area with limited access. Parking rates vary, based on whether access is for evening only, or all-day.
UTILITIES
Residents pay their own utilities, including water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and cable.
SCHOOLS
